Highway Patrol Officers Save Chihuahua From Busy Freeway

A chihuahua was pinned on cement median on a busy freeway in California during rush hour. Not really sure how the pup got there but the California Highway Patrol came to the rescue and saved the little guy. The used food to get the dog closer so he could grab it. Many people have already stepped up to adopt the little guy.
