Are you having trouble sleeping? Tossing and turning all night keeping you from getting a good nights rest? Well have I got the solution for you... Actually, I don't really have any solutions. But, while searching the Internet for the meaning of life I came across a an article on Yahoo! that talked about the 10 ways to ruin a good nights sleep. I have to tell you I am guilty of a couple of these. One of them that I tend to do a lot is:

Keeping your iPhone, iPad, or PDA by the bed. Limit bedtime activities to sleeping and sex . . . nothing else. No playing Words With Friends, checking e-mail, or tweeting one last time. Ban anything with an electronic screen from the bedroom (radios are fine). And turn off the TV and computer an hour before you begin your bedtime rituals.
