RARE Italian

This restaurant is influenced from the same owners of the Rio Grande restaurants. From the starlet bar, a centerpiece aging room showcasing sausages and other meats, and a chef's table that runs parallel to the gigantic exhibition kitchen, it is worth the look to say the least.

La Buena Vida

From the people that brought you Los Tarascos, a staple of Fort Collins for 20-years, they have recently added this upscale establishment. It's part margarita bar and part Mexican food oasis based on the cooking of the Michoacán region.
