‘Hangover Part III’ is a Let Down- Movie Review Monday

This series has been struggling to recreate the magic that the first one made. The second one had its moments, but it felt like they were trying to hard. The preview for Part III made it feel like maybe they would recreate that magic that made the first one...

To me Part III changed big time and the plot of the movie made it seem like they should have called it something other than 'Hangover'. The first two at least lived up to that name because well, the characters were hurting the next day from a wild night. This one had nothing to do with that. This movie just seemed like a different movie with the same characters.

Don't get me wrong, this movie did have some funny moments but not nearly as much as the first one and maybe not even as much as the second. To me the funniest part was at the end of the movie, which also may have been a set up for a 4th or it could have just been a tease considering that they say this one is the finale to the trilogy.

Overall, I would say to wait for this to come out and rent it. It is not a "Must See".

I give it maybe 3 out of 5 drugged dogs.
