Thanks to both city and Colorado state officials, Greeley residents now have a new free COVID-19 testing site.

According to the Greeley Tribune, free COVID-19 drive-thru testing is now available via Mako Medical from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 7 days a week at the Youth Sports Complex Parking Lot.

The testing site is located at 5995 20th St. in Greeley, and only offers drive-thru testing. Any other form of testing, including walk-ups, are prohibited.

Although onsite registration for testing is available, prospective patients are being encouraged to pre-register online in an effort to reduce wait times.

Patients who want to register on-site should bring a copy of their ID with their name, date of birth and address, as the testing site requires you to provide proof of your name, date of birth and phone number or email, so they can contact you with your test results.

The Greeley Tribune reported that Mako Medical has a four-day test turnaround, according to a flyer from the company.

All people who pre-register with Mako Medical and wish to get tested at this testing site must have access to a car window that can be rolled down.

You can pre-register for your test here.
