Fort Collins Deli Goes Under Renovation And Name Change

I'm like anyone else and love good old fashioned sandwich and if you were to ask me where to get the best sandwich is, my answer would easily be "the Summit" from Backcountry Provisions in Old Town Fort Collins. Well, now I'll have to start saying 'Backcountry Delicatessen' after the company decided to make a re-branding effort.

The small change of sandwich shops currently has four stores throughout Colorado and Wyoming and plans to increase the number of stores after their re-branding efforts have been made.

According to the company the name change is not the only thing that is going to look different at their deli's, they are making changes to their logo, signage, menu and as well as the interior look.

As long as their sandwiches aren't changing... I'll be happy.
