Fort Collins Area Players Make CHSAA’s All-State Football Teams

Kudos to some area high school football players is in order. CHSAA released their all-state football teams for the 2013 season and three Fort Collins area students made the class 5A team and one in Windsor made the class 4A team.

Rocky Mountain High School kicker Alex Kinney, Poudre High School wide receiver Spencer Long and Poudre High School linemen Jonah Seng all made the 5A all-state second team.Windsor High School defensive end Zach Peck made the 4A all-state first team.

The selection process for the all-state teams is a lengthy one that involves nominations from leagues and coaches, and a vote of coaches.
