It turns out you may have to just dream about that white Christmas after all. Despite what earlier forecasts predicted, the National Weather Service reports mild weather for Wednesday in Northern Colorado.

Christmas Eve will be sunny with a high near 51 degrees, and Christmas Day will be fairly warm, too. The high will be 47 degrees; mostly sunny.

However, there is still a 20 percent chance of snow on Wednesday night. The next chance of snow is expected the following weekend.

Since our forecast changes so frequently, you can stay up to date here. For those of you who wanted a snowy Christmas, here's a throwback to Thanksgiving.
