Foothills Mall Zoe’s Grill To Close, Rebrand as CAVA Grill

Staff at Zoe's Grill said the restaurant will close its doors at the Fort Collins Foothills Mall on March 25.

But lovers of Mediterranean cuisine have some good news — the location is scheduled to reopen as a fast casual CAVA Grill that's owned by Zoe's parent company

CAVA Grill is targeting a May 13 opening date in the space.
