Father Facing Felony for Throwing Fries at Daughter- Say “What!?”

Apparently not only are McDonald's fries kind of delicious, they are also a weapon. A Massachusetts man is facing a felony charge after he threw fries in his 11-year old step daughters face. He was in the drive-thru with his wife and daughter when he got into an argument about money with his wife. The step daughter tried to intervene and that is when a frustrated James Hackett took a container of hot fries and threw it at the girl hitting her in the face and chest. His wife called the police and he was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The hot and oily fries could have burnt the girl but luckily there was no harm to her.

There is a "he was charged with as-SALT" joke somewhere in this story.
