Enjoy Cookies, Santa, Reindeer & More in Windsor This Weekend
Have a holly jolly Very Cherry Christmas this weekend.
The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday (December 21) at RainDance, Northern Colorado's largest master-planned community, in Windsor.
Hosted by the Colorado Cherry Company,A Very Cherry Christmas offers a Christmas market, the chance to meet Santa and his live reindeer, cookies, and more.
The fun begins at The HomeStead, RainDance's welcome and events center, located at 2191 Covered Bridge Pkwy.
Desserts, confections, and drinks from the Colorado Cherry Company will be available. Free hot chocolate and cider will be accompanied by cookies and gingerbread men, ready for decorating.
For 10% off, guests can build their own Christmas baskets. Seven of the community's decorated homes will also be open for touring.
Santa himself will be there from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering guests the chance to meet his real reindeer from 12-2 p.m.
The holiday market will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring a wide selection of gifts and stocking stuffers from a variety of local businesses, including The Real Dill, Bee Squared Apiaries, and Harbinger Coffee.
While the entire day will be filled with holiday cheer, the end of the event will be truly spectacular.
At dusk around 4 p.m., RainDance will light the Covered Bridge with thousands of lights, along with holiday music and floating Christmas trees.
It's a great way to get in the holiday spirit and get a preview of Santa before he takes to the skies on Christmas Eve.
