With the 4th of July next week, many Colorado cities are changing up their traditional fireworks shows, to new state-of-the-art sync'd drone shows, including the one in Downtown Denver.

While the shows in Denver, Lakewood, and other major Colorado cities will no doubt be a good time, another new drone show, which is a first of its kind for the venue and the area, is set to make waves, literally.

Water World Colorado Hosting Their First Ever Drone Show By The Bay

Drone shows are cool, but what about being inside America's biggest and best water park after hours, and watching the drones light up the sky, and reflect off of the water of the largest wave pool in the state?

That's what's going down this Saturday, June 29th, at Water World in Federal Heights, Colorado. Having been a frequent splasher of Water World for many years, I'm excited about celebrating their 45th Anniversary with this one-of-a-kind Colorado event.

Starting at 7 pm, Water World will kick off their Anniversary Drone Show Pre-Party at Thunder Bay with a live DJ, and swimming in Thunder Bay until 8:15 pm. The drone show is set to kick off around 9 pm after the sun completely sets.

Water World Colorado 45th Anniversary Drone Show Tickets

Tickets for this one-of-a-kind Colorado drone show are on sale for $19.79 (the year they opened!) but are close to sold out, so if this sounds like something you want to do, get those tickets fast. Water World noted that the show will also be visible in many locations from several miles around the park, so if you're close by on Saturday night, look up!
