Driver Suspected of Causing Crash That Killed Four Had at Least Seven Previous DUI Arrests
A LaSalle Man suspected of causing the crash that killed three members of another LaSalle family, had been arrested for D.U.I. at least seven times before. According to
7News DenverForty-four-year-old Rigoberto Macias-Marquez is believed to have caused a crash that killed himself, as well as three members of another family, including two small children. The mother survived.
37-year-old Gilbert Martinez and his sons, Six-year-old Ethan, 6, and 1-year-old Bryson, died in the crash. Mistelle Martinez was taken to North Colorado Medical Center with minor injuries. She was treated and released.
