Denver International Airport Experiences Busiest Month In History

Traffic soared at Denver International Airport (DIA) this summer as they just experienced their busiest month ever.

The month of July saw 6.7 million people board flights which was a 10% increase from the previous year. The busiest day of the month was July 29 which saw an airport record 227,497 passengers in a single day.

July was the busiest month ever for international travelers as well and had 29 days in the month that were busier than the overall busiest day in 2018.
