Hanora Cronin, a five-year-old girl from Fort Collins who was born with a rare condition that causes developmental conditions such as poor muscle coordination, difficulties speaking and understanding others and cognitive challenges.

Hanora and her family were looking for a backyard where she and her 3-year-old sister could play safely and have a great time while having access to her wheelchair.

According to a press release from Colorado State University, Foothills Gateway, connected the Cronins with the CSU Department of Mechanical Engineering and they are currently working on clearing the yard and preparing to put in the perfect backyard oasis for Hanora, her sister and their friends AND...putting Mom and Dad's anxieties at ease even if just a little bit.

What a heartwarming story.
