Colorado Lawmakers May Abolish the Death Penalty
On Wednesday, Colorado lawmakers voted to repeal a bill that would abolish the death penalty in our state, and if passed, Colorado would be the 22nd state to do so.
According to The Coloradoan, Jared Polis has pledged to sign this bill into law.
This isn't the first time Colorado has tried to repeal the death penalty: since 2009, there have been six attempts. What do you think: should Colorado abolish the death penalty?
