Deputies need help identifying a burglary suspect involved in a home invasion on Sunday, May 29. Fortunately, they have a pretty clear shot of him.

According to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office's Facebook page, the man pictured forced entry and stole jewelry from a home in the 2300 block of Briarhurst Drive on Sunday, May 29. The clear image was shot by a surveillance camera in the victim's home.

The suspect is described as an Asian or Hispanic male in his 20s or 30s, 5'8" to 5'11" tall, and weighing 170-200 pounds with short, dark hair. (He also kind of looks like DJ Pauly D from Jersey Shore, but I digress.)

He left in a light beige 4-door sedan, possibly a Buick. The license plate had a yellow background with bright green letters and numbers. A large black truck, possibly a Ford F-150, was also seen about 4 houses down at the time of the burglary. The driver of the truck was a white male with a black and brown beard, and the passenger was a Hispanic male with a goatee.

It's not exactly clear where the truck comes into play, other than that it was not a familiar vehicle to the area.

If you recognize the suspect or have any information regarding this incident, please contact DCSO at 303-660-7500.
