It's already week ten of the college football season and with three Colorado teams playing in the area this Saturday, it gives fans the chance to head to one of the games to root them on for a victory.

Game-goers who want to catch the always exciting "Border War" between the Colorado State Rams and Wyoming Cowboys will have to head out a bit earlier to make the short trip north, as the game is taking place at Memorial Stadium in Laramie this year, with kickoff set for 1 p.m. This upcoming Saturday will be the 106th time that these two teams have battled it out for the coveted Bronze Boot, and this match-up is also the longest continuous rivalry game west of the Mississippi. This is an important game for Mountain West Conference, featuring two teams that are truly desperate for a win. The Rams, who have taken the win in the past two meetings against the Cowboys, are favored to beat Wyoming again this year, by ten points. Wyoming's quarterback is dealing with a shoulder injury making him a doubtful play this week and their best receiver is also sitting this game out. While the Cowboy's running back currently has the second most rushing yards in the nation, all of CSU's team looks to be healthy and very ready to go, including star receiver Rashard "Hollywood" Higgins. Colorado State's record right now is 3-5 and Wyoming's is 1-8. Fans who can't make it to the game can watch on ESPN3.com. Hopefully our Rams will come back with the boot once again!

In an intense Pac-12 Conference match-up, the CU Buffs will be playing host to the #11 ranked Stanford Cardinals as they travel to Folsom Field on Saturday. Stanford is looking pretty impressive this season, currently holding a record of 7-1, but CU definitely has the opportunity to upset the odds if they are able to do everything right during the game. This means playing tough until the very end, avoiding turnovers, and seizing every opportunity that they get to finish drives in the end zone, all things that they have struggled with in past games. CU does have a strong run game that they have seen success with, but it's probable that Stanford will do a good job of limiting it on Saturday. Although the Buffs have a losing record of 4-5 at the moment, they are a young team that has some serious potential to succeed once they are able to work out some of their minor playing kinks that are currently holding them back. The game begins at 11 a.m. and will be aired on the Pac-12 Network.

Finally, if you plan on going to Nottingham Field in Greeley to cheer on the UNC Bears as they face the Portland State Vikings at noon, don't forget to wear something that shows your appreciation for the military. UNC is currently 4-4, however, they are on track to have their best season in three years. Due to the expansion of the Big Sky Conference, this is also the first time in three years that the Bears will be facing off against the Vikings, a team who holds the strongest record in the conference of 7-1. Saturday's game will not be televised but fans can listen live online.
