Clark's Honey Farm is located in Evans, Colorado and has been caring for over 2000 colonies since 1999. To put it in perspective, a colony, which lives in a hive, can have up to 40,000 bees. I love honey and use it daily in my coffee and on yogurt and fruit. In today's over processed food world, honey should be cherished. We are lucky in Northern Colorado to be able to support bee life. Clark's will be at the Front Range Food Show at The Ranch on November 9th. Make sure you stop by and sample the sticky goodnesses, they now produce Agave nectar too.

Fun Fact from the Clark's Honey Farm Website:

Bees fly 55,000 miles and visit 2 million flowers to make 1 lb. of honey
