It's a fantastic feeling when you accidentally eat a vegetable in the most decadent moist chocolate cake you've ever had. This is that cake! Right after we had our twin boys this past summer, our neighbors Steve and Amanda dropped by one of these cakes. She told me with a big smile, you'll want to eat the whole thing. She was right, because it's not too sweet, but has the most amazing texture and taste. I actually have begun replacing any other chocolate cake recipe with this one, just because it's better. It's definitely better in the days after you make it. It loses any vegetable taste and becomes more moist. Enjoy!!
