Victor has been charged with first-degree attempted murder and Duane has been charged with aiding and abetting first-degree attempted murder.

Duane's bond was set at $50,000 cash and Victor's at $100,000 cash. Their preliminary hearings are scheduled for June 30 at 2:30 p.m.
