Cat Vs Water

I don't think this cat showed up on the day cat class was teaching about how water is bad.I mean look at him, he is trying to catch it like it s gold, or rather a mouse. As much as he is chasing it makes me think he could be a life guard or firefighter in training.  Or he could just be cat-nipped out of his mind...
