C.B. & Potts Permanently Closes 2 Fort Collins Locations, 1 Remains
For generations this brewpub chain served Coloradans beer and burgers, now that service is only found in a single location after the other four closed.
Only one location remains, at the Collindale Golf Course in Fort Collins.
However, that location was sold to Hall of Fame, former CSU athlete Kevin Sheesley.
It is unknown whether the name will change, but for the time being it will continue to be 'C.B. & Potts'.
WestWord reported that Jeff Iverson, Jr., head of the Washington-based RAM Restaurant Group, a family-run business that founded and owns C.B. & Potts, said this in an email:
"C.B. & Potts began as a little college pub on West Elizabeth, two blocks from CSU, in 1974. The early days featured 'cook-your-own' burgers and steaks... In 1995, the brand expanded south to Greenwood Village, where Pott’s began to brew its own award-winning craft beer."
The remaining C.B. & Potts is open for business.
