Broncos Strongly Encourage Fans To Wear Masks When Indoors At Mile High
If you’re going to the Denver Broncos game on Sunday, the team is strongly encouraging fans to wear masks while indoors and on the concourses walking around. The Denver Broncos are back in town this weekend taking on the visiting Philadelphia Eagles and they’re expecting a capacity crowd after that big butt kicking in Texas against “America’s Team”, the Dallas Cowboys.
While there isn’t currently a mask mandate in Denver, they are very strongly encouraging people in their city (as many others are) to mask up when going inside stores or in places where you’re surrounded by a lot of people. Not a lot of NFL teams, including the Denver Broncos, have had any sort of mask mandates while attending games. COVID cases are clearly rising rapidly in Colorado and the team is trying to help promote and recommend these extra precautions to help keep their fans safe.
My family and I went to the Denver Broncos vs. Baltimore Ravens game back in September and we masked up every time we were walking around the concourse and while in the Broncos store etc. It wasn't a big deal to us, and while this shouldn’t be too much to ask, it’ll be interesting to see how many take their strongly encouraged advice regarding masks seriously.
By the way, if you're going to the game on Sunday, you're in for a treat because the team is busting out their Color Rush uniforms which have a nice nod to Denver Broncos past! People always wanna see the team bring the old broncos logo back but for me personally, I'm a fan of the version they debuted in the 1997 season. I also liked the blue home jerseys over the orange, but that just me! Mask up inside Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday but get loud for your boys on the field as they work to secure their 3rd win in a row. GO BRONCOS!
