Broncos Fans Have New Reason to Hate the Raiders
The rivalry between the Denver Broncos and the Oakland (now Las Vegas) Raiders goes back decades. As of October of 2024, that rivalry looks to continue for at least another decade, with the Raiders latest addition.
Sure, it's all in (relatively) good fun, but with this new addition the dreaded Raiders may have gained an advantage.
Whether that advantage is on or off the field, it's an advantage; therefore, another reason to hate the Raiders.
Raiders. Grrrrr....
Las Vegas Raiders Add Something Broncos Fans Will Not Like
I remember back when Lyle Alzado was a defensive end for the Oakland Raiders in the 70s. It was fun to hate him, like it's fun to hate Darth Vader. Alzado was just so mean, like the Raiders; he fit right in.
The rivalry between the Denver Broncos and the Raiders (Oakland, Las Angeles, Las Vegas) runs deep. The black and silver of the uniforms, that one-eyed creep as their logo, For some Broncos fans, just looking at the owners can get them fired up.
Las Vegas Raiders Add Tom Brady as Partial Owner
As of mid-October of 2024, former New England Patriots legend quarterback Tom Brady (along with a partner) paid $220 million to become minority owners (5%) of the Las Vegas Raiders. It's enough to make your stomach turn.
Tom Brady as an owner of the Raiders? "No!" you can hear Broncos fans across Colorado and the nation yelling.

Is it the fact that the Raiders now have one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play the game as an owner? Yes. Is it the fact that Broncos fans just don't like that Uggs wearing steel-jawed guy? Perhaps.
Whatever the exact reason, it definitely feels like an advantage of some sort; so, it's another great reason to Denver Broncos fans to hate Raiders.
Raiders suck.
