Boy Demands Cops Badge Number for Parking “Illegally”

At first I thought that this kid was just giving the cop a hard time for parking his motorcycle on the sidewalk, but nope, he was dead serious.

This 12-year-old kid named Jeremy had a bit of a problem with a Las Vegas cop that parked on the sidewalk. He demands the cops badge number because he feels the cop was in the wrong for parking his motorcycle on the sidewalk.

The kid says he has a right to see his badge number, the cop refuses and asks to see the kids id. Now, I am not sure about this. To me the kid seems like he is trying to be an all knowing punk who is just trying to harass the cop. Maybe I am wrong and the cop is at fault.
