Fort Collins native Amanda LaCount began dancing at two years old, training in ballet, tap, modern, hip hop and more.

According to The Coloradoan, she then went on to study the art form at the Denver School of the Arts and the Loveland Dance Academy, while also performing in multiple professional musical productions.

After this period, LaCount took her talents to Los Angeles in 2015, where she found fame through projects such as Lady Gaga's "Stupid Love" music video and an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."

She also gained recognition for her body positivity movement #breakingthestereotype, which promotes the belief that anyone can be a dancer, regardless of their body type.

Now 19, LaCount is putting her skills to the test on "America's Got Talent." You can watch her audition at 7 p.m. MST on Tuesday (June 9) on NBC.

If you can't see the special tonight, don't worry. You'll also be able to catch LaCount in an upcoming Netflix film with Meryl Streep called "The Prom."
