The roots run really deep here in place...we're talking 118 years. This is so cool. Fort Collins, which is already knows as one of the premier beer cities in the country is about to get two more of them.

We love supporting local businesses and this is pretty excited considering this particular local business has beer. It will be inside of this 118 year old house that's been transformed into a beer lovers paradise to be called Hello Brew Co.

The owners, Christine Luckasen, who is an attorney and her boyfriend Ryan Maliski who is a professor in their spare time have worked tirelessly and will be opening up to the public some time this spring.

Hello Brew Co, originally opened up in Spokane, Washington, where Ryan is originally from. Ryan and Christine met in graduate school at University of Missouri then moved to Spokane together. Luckasen attended law school there and Maliski taught communications at Gonzaga University.

Hello Brew Co. used to be a distribution only thing but now, will be serving up some of the best flavor of NoCo when it comes to a bunch of rotating beers specifically crafted for Northern Colorado.

They will be based out of this incredible 118 year old house at 405 Linden Street in Fort Collins.

When it comes to beer and breweries, Fort Collins is your go to spot...but you say you don't live in Fort Collins and it's a tad out of the way for you...no problem because Northern Colorado in general has become one of the hottest spots in the nation for beer and breweries.

From Greeley to Loveland and points in and around, there is no shortage of spots to enjoy some locally crafted beer.

Cheers to that.
