420 square feet has never been so usable. Graham Hill held a really cool contest to figure out how to do this in his apartment in Soho. Moving walls, folding beds and tables make for an incredible morphing living situation where 420 square feet functions as 1100. So cool!! It feels like Tranformers meets sophistication.
