Being born and raised in Colorado and spending my entire life here, I've come across some real local gems as far as restaurants go and I'm always excited to get recommendations for new places that I may have yet to try.
The Denver Business Journal reports that Three local Colorado restaurants rank in a nationally ranked Top 100 list so let's dive right in.
Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar
Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar is located in Denver, Colo., and according to its website, is one of the oldest remaining structures in Denver's Union Station neighborhood. The building was built in 1881 as one of the first fire stations in Denver. It is named after Denver's earliest Fire Foremen. Redwood, "Woodie" Fisher.
If you're looking for some tasty food as well as an amazing atmosphere, give this place a shot.
Wildflower Bar & Restaurant
Another hidden spot is located inside the Life House Hotel in Downtown Denver, Colo. The Wildflower Bar & Restaurant highlights locally sourced food and natural wine. Sounds delicious already.
Satchel's On 6th
Regardless of if you feel like dining in, or hitting their outdoor patio, people are raving about Satchel's On 6th. This for sure looks like a place I'd be able to find a lot of different food I'd like to try.
We have so many great food spots in Colorado, including NoCo and these three in Denver, so the next time you ask "Where do you wanna eat?" and get an "I don't know" pull out one of these popular Colorado dining spots and enjoy.
