There's no doubt that Fort Collins has changed tremendously, even in the last five years alone. I've only been here for a little over a decade, and sometimes I still catch myself recalling what 'thing' used to be where.

Did you know that in 2010, Fort Collins' population was 143,986, and in 2020, it was 169,810? That's nearly 30,000 people in ten years, and we have the development to prove it. A number of the businesses in the gallery below were replaced by large apartment complexes. RIP Downtown Perkins and all-night IHOP.
