After watching the video I'm convinced it should be described as, "An odd, quirky way of walking, similar to college girls dancing across a bar after a few-too many shots of tequila."

I can't believe this is for real.

Truly, I'm speechless.

I mean, if it works for her, she loves it, and she's happy doing it, than more power to her. I just can't imagine that thousands of people will be shelling out money for her book to learn how to exercise like...that.
