Eastman Kodak Co. said it will close down one of it’s operations in Rochester and move that work to Windsor, Colorado. Part of the Rochester photography division will cease operations in New York and that work will be moved to Kodak’s location in Windsor.

7News is reporting that Eastman Kodak has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The company has obtained nearly one billion dollars in financing from Citibank (subject to court approval) to maintain its operations and they plan to keep operating through the bankruptcy process. Meanwhile, 320 acres of land owned by Kodak in Windsor has been sold to the Denver-based Broe Group.
