I'm not religious. But I spent plenty of my childhood memorizing scripture and observing church life. My religious moments now come often, through the awesomeness of my children. My daughter is really smart and always looking to be challenged. She's only 4 and has a real desire to learn math and how to read. It's really cool to see her just beg and beg for knowledge. But, every once in awhile she just stops and has a moment. A slow life moment. The other day I watched her out the window just laying in the snow making a snow angel. She laid there for about 5 minutes. Finally, I walked out the door to go to work and she didn't get up. I took this picture. She said "Bye Mama, have a good time. I'm just gonna lay here and be a snow angel." God, I love her!!

My name is Kama and I'm a Mom...and that just freaks me out sometimes. I'm a bunch of other things that used to seem really important, but somehow being a Mom blurs those other things into mush. I have a 4 year-old daughter and 1 year-old twin boys. Everyday I have a "holy s**t, I can't believe I'm a Mom" moment and those get shared here.
