For Seven Years, I’ve Been Thinking About This Bite

I've always loved very specific tastes and textures when it comes to my food. When I went to Costa Rica in 2007 and fell in love with this bottled sauce called Lizano Salsa. They have it on almost every table, at most food-serving stands and restaurants. I brought home only one bottle, assuming I would be able to find it in one of our import stores. Nope. I have put it out-of-mind for a long time. Recently it occurred to me to find Lizano on Amazon.com. They even had varieties and choices. Thanks internet!!!

The main ingredients are as follows: Water, Sugar, Iodized Salt, Vegetables, Chili, Pepper, Molasses, Spices.
