Rihanna Has Flu, Still Set to Perfrom At Grammys

Rihanna is sick, but she is still expected to perform at tomorrow night’s Grammy Awards. Meanwhile, Cee Lo Green filled in for RiRi as a performer at a women’s cancer research fundraising event on Thursday night.

According to the story from Billboard.com Rihanna has come down with a case of the flu. She was scheduled, but unable to perform at a charity event for the Women's Cancer Research Fund. Cee Lo Green stepped in and saved the day.

Rihanna is apparently still not feeling great today, but is expected to perform alongside Drake tomorrow night at the Grammys. I’m sure her record label, her agent, and her publicist are all getting a case of the jitters right now.

In other Rihanna news from Billboard; she and Chris Brown (Her former lover who was charged with beating her) will have to stay at least ten yards apart from each other at the awards ceremony. A judge ordered the couple to stay at least 50 yards apart for 5 years, but lowered it to 10 yards if they were both at music industry events. Both Rihanna and Chris Brown are nominated for Grammy’s and therefore might be within shouting distance of one another.

This almost sounds like someone is trying to make an awkward TV moment happen Sunday night.
