Netflix Changes Their Mind…Again – No ‘Qwikster’ After All

A few weeks ago Netflix announced they were upping prices and splitting into two separate entities. they lost about a million subscribers and received unholy amounts of customer backlash. Now they're doing an about-face and killing the 'Qwikster' project  before it begins.

In letters to subscribers, Netflix said that U.S. members will continue to use one website, one account and one password for their movie and TV watching through Netflix.

There is a difference between moving quickly -- which Netflix has done very well for years -- and moving too fast, which is what we did in this case. - Netflix co-founder and CEO Reed Hastings
