Drunk Woman Faces Felony For Throwing Her Tampon At Police Officers

Felonious assault with a feminine hygiene product. That’s just how this severely inebriated woman from Minnesota rolls, I guess.

According to TwinCities.com, a 21-year-old woman had put back more than a few to many drink and gotten in a fight with another woman. That was broken up by a private security guard, but she started a fight with him too. That altercation led to her being handcuffed and she’ll face some misdemeanor charges for that. It was when police showed up that things got crazy.

She was resisting arrest from the moment they got there and was described as being “intoxicated and out of control.” They took her to jail where she was strip searched, but as she took off her clothes, she allegedly removed her tampon and threw it at an officer, then tried to kick it another.

[That] resulted in felony charges of fourth-degree assault for throwing bodily fluids at correctional employees.

I’m thinking those are charges you don’t want to have to explain to a judge.

I can almost hear jail’s intercom system now, “Clean up in cell block 3…clean up in cell block 3.”
