Dog Attacks Car- Say “What!?”

Remind me not to approach a dog in Russia because they are fearless. I am not sure what they have against this poor little blue car, but it seems like they hate it! the dog attacks the car, breaks part of it off and just walks away like a bad a**, all while his friends watch from the sidelines as if it were a game. I am not sure if the driver is brave or just plain dumb for exiting the vehicle to retrieve his license plate. If that dog could talk he would probably say, "Welcome to the Thunderdome". Or something along those lines.
