Wyoming Bank Robber Justifies Stealing $140,000 Because He Gave Some Of It To The Poor & Homeless
A man in Wyoming tried to old ‘Robin Hood’ excuse in court. He robbed a bank, but testified in court that his actions were justified because he gave money to the homeless.
According to OpposingViews.com, the 29-year-old was from Australia and allegedly robbed a Jackson Hole bank of $140,000.
Since the banks had been bailed out and the people had not, I was going to confiscate money from US Bank in Jackson, Wyoming, and redistribute it to the poor and homeless in America. And that's what I did.
I think someone needs to tell this guy that two wrongs don’t make a right. I don’t think it’s a surprise to anyone that he got in some major trouble.
Even if you think you’re helping the homeless, threatening a bank manager that you have Mexican drug cartel members outside ready to blow up the bank and everyone inside is certainly not the noblest of things you could do.
