Woman Posts Craigslist Ad To Trade Wedding Ring For Broncos vs. Chiefs Tickets

A Woman has placed an ad in the Kansas City Cragslist offering to trade a $3,000 wedding ring for tickets to the upcoming Kansas City Chiefs vs. Denver Broncos football game. I am assuming that this woman is either one of the most die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fans ever, or she had a pretty bad break-up with her ex-husband.

Heck, maybe both.

Apparently, both of my guesses are wrong though, according to KMGH, "The seller said she wants to use the tickets to surprise her husband for his 40th birthday."

'Hey honey, I sold my wedding ring to buy you football tickets,' seems like it could turn into an awkward conversation, but that's just me. (Especially seeing as tickets for the game on StubHub are going for as low as $68 right now. I suppose she's trying to get epic seats, not just any seats.) Heck, for all I know it's might not even be her ring, maybe it's from a previous marriage or something. More power to her, I guess.

The actual ad says, "I have a diamond ring/wedding band set (appraised at $3,100) that I want to trade for KC Chiefs tickets. Looking for tickets to the 12/1 Broncos game. Email me with offers."

I guess you really can find just about anything on Craigslist.
