Woman Hides From Police Inside Suitcase – Dumb Criminal Of The Day

Have you ever seen those street performers that can fold themselves up and fit inside a small plastic cube? Sure, that's good for a little entertainment, but it's not a good way to hide from police.

Check out this 28-year-old Pennsylvania woman who packed herself inside a suitcase to try and escape from authorities. (I think that fashion police might want to come after her too, sharpies don't make for good-looking eyebrows.)

According to the NY Daily News, this woman had skipped two separate court appearances for fraud, theft and drug charges. Police showed up at her home to issue and arrest warrant, but when they showed up she hatched a brilliant plan.

She ran inside her home and locker herself inside her bedroom. (Clever, eh?)

But, when police forced their way into the room it was empty. They eventually found her zipped up inside a suitcase behind the bed.

Apparently, her boyfriend had helped zip her up and hide her before escaping out the window.

Call me crazy, but if he escaped out the window, wouldn't she have had better luck leaving that way too?
