Windsor police responded to a robbery call Sunday night at a local convenience store. Officers found that a clerk had been robbed at knife point.

An 18-year-old clerk was stabbed by a man with a gun during the robbery at the Loaf n Jug on Main Street in Windsor. The clerk was taken to the Medical Center of the Rockies where he received treatment for his stab wound.

The officers believed that the robbery suspect had taken off on foot and searched the area. The suspect, a juvenile boy, was found and taken into custody.

The suspect is charged with first-degree assault and theft.

The Weld County Sheriff's Office also responded to the robbery.
