When And Where Can You File For A Same-Sex Civil Union In Larimer or Weld County?
Colorado will recognize same-sex civil unions starting tonight at midnight. Some clerk & recorders offices (such as the one in Denver) will be open tonight from midnight to 3AM to officially recognize some of the first same sex civil unions in Colorado.
Where and when can a couple file for a civil union in Larimer County of Weld County?It doesn't look like there will be any early morning civil union licenses issued, but they will be issued starting at 8AM on Wednesday May 1st in both Larimer and Weld Counties.
