Weld County is working to repave a stretch of Weld County Road 105, 13 miles northwest of New Raymer on the Pawnee National Grassland.

Approximately four miles of this road is being widened and paved, in an effort to improve safety and minimize dust. About 2.75 miles of the road crosses the Pawnee National Grassland. Acceleration and turning lanes will also be added where Weld County Road 105 intersects both Weld County Road 390 and Highway 14.

The Forest Service has prepared an Environmental Assessment, Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Draft Decision Notice for this project and is providing an opportunity for objection by those who have previously submitted specific written comments regarding this project during the comment period.  The opportunity to object ends 45 days following the date of publication of this legal notice in the Fort Collins Coloradoan scheduled for September 18, 2017.
