31 out of Colorado's 64 counties are in this lawsuit Walmart has filed over taxes. Just because you're a huge company doesn't mean you don't count pennies.

According to The Greeley Tribune and The Durango Herald, Walmart is saying that the company has been over-taxed by the counties on items within their stores.

The county assessors go around to the Colorado stores and place a 'taxable value' on 'personal property' [including equipment] in the Walmart stores. Walmart says that the assessors haven't taken into account the equipment that wears out faster, which can be found at their 24-hour operation locations.

So, Walmart wants NEW valuations/taxes at those 95 24/7 stores and to get attorney fees.
