Bomb 1 againWhen I think of beauty pageant winners I think of tiaras, evening gowns, parades and ribbon-cutting ceremonies.  However, a wannabe Miss Utah was apparently trying to add ‘drive-by bombings’ to her list of pageant winning duties.

According to KUTV, the 18-year-old girl had been crowned Miss Riverton and was planning to compete in the Miss Utah pageant. Those plans are probably going to change after she was arrested on Saturday morning for allegedly throwing homemade bombs out the window of a car.

The girl and three accomplices,

Admitted to buying plastic bottles, aluminum foil and household chemicals at a local store before building the bombs and throwing them from their car…Witnesses reported people throwing the devices from a dark gray or black vehicle…They were throwing them at both property and people.

Thankfully no one was hurt in the bombings, but someone could have been seriously hurt or killed had they been near one of the explosives when they detonated.

The wannabe beauty queen and her three cohorts each face ten counts of setting off an incendiary device.

This is not the kind of things anyone wants on their resume, especially not in a Miss Utah Pageant.

Although, I would love to see what she says if judges brought it up in their little Q&A session.
