Toddler Walks Into Traffic… For a Second Time

Ladies and gentlemen, please hold your applause, but we may have found the parents of the year! A 2-year-old boy in St. Louis was wandering the busy streets, by himself, at 8am in nothing but a dirty diaper before some good Samaritan decided to stop and help. The man notified the cops and the child directed them to where he lived.  When the police arrived they found the father asleep on the couch. The father claimed he thought that the child was with the mother. Wrong. To make matters even worse, while he was getting arrested for child endangerment, the mom was ALSO getting arrested.

A caller had reported a drunk driver and behold the description of the vehicle reported belonged to the mother of this poor kid.The mom had pulled into the driveway, while the cops were still there, and was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana, as well as drug paraphernalia.

Oh yeah, the same 2-year-old was found last month wandering the streets by himself. Child protective services were brought in but the mother kept custody. Not this time. Did I also mention that they had a 1-year-old at home as well?
