This Summer, Enjoy a Refreshing…Pineberry? [POLL]

When I think of Summer fruit, I think of pineapple and strawberry; but cutting a pineapple can be quite a knife-wielding ordeal sometimes.  Don't you wish you could just pick up a pineapple and bite into it like a strawberry?  Guess what?  Now you can.

Meet the pineberry; a small white strawberry with red seeds...that tastes like a pineapple!

The pineberry originated in South America and was then later brought over to France. Recently, the fruit was found and then revived and grown on a commercial basis.

I don't think I've ever been more excited about fruit before.  Excuse me while I add pineberries to my list of why I wish it was already Summertime!
