The Trails at Timberline Grand Opening Thursday in Fort Collins

McWhinney is preparing to open the newest Lifestyle Community in Northern Colorado will open on Thursday at the corner of Timberline and Drake in Fort Collins. The Trails at Timberline will include energy-efficient floor plans, a clubhouse with a game room, dining room, movie theatre and more. 314 units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Also, on the property there will be a pool, community garden, golf simulator, two-lane bowling alley, horseshoe pit area and dog park and dog wash.
